Using intermodal forms of expression—such as drawing, journaling, poetry, singing, and sounding—we reignite our creativity and open space within for greater flexibility and spontaneity. This process helps release stagnant tension that often shows up as rigidity in the body. It is a continuation of the ongoing dialogue with our body—a deepening engagement that unfolds from previously held tensions and unspoken body language, guiding us toward more authentic expression and embodied presence.
