Holding space

“To truly hold space for another, we must be willing to walk alongside them in whatever journey they’re on—without judging, fixing, or trying to control the outcome.” -Heather Plett

When we trust the unfolding, we allow ourselves to pause, feel, and align with what truly matters. Trusting the process—and one another—opens space to simply be, to explore with curiosity, and to discover what we need in order to set meaningful intentions for our lives.

As a facilitator, I hold space with humility—honoring authenticity, vulnerability, courage, and empathy—without judgment, and with deep respect for each person's unique journey.
